There is a communal energy at CTB that refuses to leave anyone behind. I get to bring my best qualities to the classroom through my job every day. I’ve learned to listen to my students and be adaptable to what’s needed at any given time. Management leads by example, so I am confident I would never be asked to do something the lead teacher or directors wouldn’t do themselves.

Celebrate the Beat has an inclusive, respectful, and energetic work environment. I have learned to be efficient with my time and work collaboratively in an artistic way. The management is communicative and super positive. Everyone knows how to laugh when things are joyous and when things get challenging. The hardest part of the job is keeping up with everything we’re creating. The best part of the job is the people in the company and the quality of the work we create.

Celebrate the Beat not only has an amazing mission but a collaborative leadership model that empowers me daily as an employee. I recommend artists and administrators alike to seek work within this organization!
