Celebrate the Beat offers engaging virtual courses that integrate dance, yoga, fitness challenges, music, and literature to create joyful learning experiences for children. Our programs, such as "Systems of the Body," "Outer Space: A Journey to the Stars," and "We Persist, TOO!," are tailored for PreK-6 students and designed to foster self-confidence, resilience, and a love for learning. These free courses encourage children to explore diverse themes while promoting physical health and emotional well-being.
Virtual Courses
Celebrate the Beat offers transformative professional development experiences for teaching artists, educators, and arts organizations. Rooted in the renowned National Dance Institute (NDI) method, our training programs provide dynamic, hands-on opportunities to build skills, strengthen teaching practices, and inspire joy in the classroom.
Participants engage in high-energy dance classes with live music, explore effective classroom management techniques, and receive personalized coaching and feedback. Whether you're new to teaching or a seasoned artist, our workshops foster growth, creativity, and a deep sense of community among educators.
From immersive in-person intensives to customized training sessions, Celebrate the Beat is committed to empowering educators with tools to uplift and motivate every child through the arts.
Professional Development
Celebrate the Beat is spreading seeds of love, joy, and inspiration in Guanacaste, Costa Rica — in partnership with La Paz and CEPIA!
For the past two incredible years, we've shared the power of the NDI Method with children and educators across the region. What began as a meaningful exchange has blossomed into a growing movement, opening doors to reach even more young hearts and minds each year.
